Cute/kinky Nazi fetish uniforms for WOMEN? [Jan. 22nd, 2010|02:04 am]
Military Couture
[music |Death in June]

Not of the Ilsa/She-Wolf "pantaloon" dominatrix type, at least not necessarily, but something more like a jacket that can be worn with officer's cap.

Ideal setup: Black and/or field gray Nazi/Waffen SS/etc., jacket FIT FOR A WOMAN, short black miniskirt of wool, SS officer's cap, fishnet stockings. The jacket part of the equation - fitted for a WOMAN - is the most crucial component.

Thank you all so much!

See below image for general ballpark of what I'm getting at! :)

Well, things have been quiet as a tomb around LJ since the Russians took over. On the theme of formerly communist states, allow me to present my latest absurd club outfit:

I am...CONTRADICTION MAN! West German forage cap, East German pimp coat and belt. I also have an Austrian bread bag..now all I need is a Swiss canteen carrier, a Luxembourg map case, and a Lichtensteinian bayonet and I will have completed a clean sweep of the German-speaking countries.

Yeah, I've been listening to lots of Death In June lately. Does it show?

Swastika Night: Nineteen Eighty-Four's lost twin

Posted by Darragh McManus

While Orwell's dystopia is embedded in our culture, an equally powerful novel exploring parallel themes is almost completely unknown

Hardly anybody has ever heard of Katharine Burdekin nor her novel [Swastika Night], published under the pseudonym Murray Constantine in 1937. My copy was reissued by the Feminist Press after a hiatus of decades.

And yet in many ways, Swastika Night can be seen as a companion piece to Nineteen Eighty-Four, exploring the other side of the totalitarian coin with equal insight, prescience and humanity. Both were written in the same era; both offer forensic dissections of the psychopathology of power....

A few copies left at Amazon HERE, but probably available at other online outlets, too.

Stormy Leather "Sergeant" corset for auction [Jun. 2nd, 2009|10:22 pm]
Military Couture
Hello there, just thought this may be of interest:

I bought this corset for approx £300 but it's hardly been worn (oops). It's 20 inch waist, steel boned, lace up back, strong zip up front, real matte leather with patent leather detail. I'm starting the auction at £90 and whilst I'm gutted to part with it I need the cash badly for relocating to NZ. I hope someone can give it a good home!

I'm selling some other PVC/rubber/steel military style stuff as well if anyone's interested, but the extra special corset's definitely the main attraction. xx

Are your papers in order? [Apr. 27th, 2009|01:03 pm]

Kind of senseless to post after pimpinett's brilliant work, but I got something in the mail again:

And here's how it looks (please ignore the ridiculous face, the person taking the picture said something silly):

Here's the link to where I bought it off eBay:

With shipping it came to be less than 10USD so there's really no sense in NOT getting one!

Silver M/60 buttons with dress and cap [Apr. 26th, 2009|02:05 am]
Military Couture

Outfit built around a bunch of Swedish uniform buttons, the silver version of the classic three crown motif, from the M/1960 furlough uniform (which is blue-grey, not black, but I'm obviously not aiming for accuracy in any form or shape here).

New Issuage [Apr. 22nd, 2009|09:38 pm]

I know all you kewl kids already have them, but I got myself a cross strap for my belt via Collect Russia.  I actually had a bugger of a time finding the damn thing, but it was cheap and does the job.  When it came, it was a dull brown that I originally tried to dye.  Since that didn't work I just ended up spray painting it, which actually worked fine.  Given a day to dry it retained a glossy finish that wore pretty well.  I still need to give it another coat and hand paint the hardware, but it's ok enough for now.
